My name is Lizzie and I am a multi-hyphenate in the wellness space: yoga teacher, plant-based healing chef, retreat facilitator, and mentor.
Rooted in the wisdom of the Five Elements Theories and functional movement, my movement classes aim at merging Spirit and Science. With a wide range of specialties including vinyasa flow, anatomy, functional movement, pre-natal, yin, and the Five Elements, my classes are intelligently crafted and well-rounded, with plenty of modifications to suit your skill level.
I'm deeply passionate about intuitive body awareness and want your body to work well for you both on and off the mat.
In addition to teaching yoga, I also work as a retreat leader and chef, creating nourishing and transformative experiences all over the world.
My approach to wellbeing is approachable, real, and nurturing. All of my offerings are created with tremendous care, with a charismatic spirit and a big heart. I'd love to support you in achieving your wellness goals and help you connect to your inner knowing.
